We booked 3 rooms and it was all great. It's big, the comfort room was big as well. We loved the smell and it was very clean. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Making sure we are all okay. The place is also close to Alfamart, Thai Restaurant, and it was very quite, safe neighborhood. Walking distance to Mr. DIY about 10 mins. 20 minutes going to Sanur Harbor if planning to visit Nusa Penida.

I was very disappointed with this place. The room was nice and well-maintained, although payment could only be made in cash. As for the property itself, it was also well-kept, and the breakfasts offered were good.

However, during our 3-day stay, we had the impression that the staff were not interested in us at all. The only moment when someone actually paid attention to us was when we went to the airport during our stay and they did not understand why we had suddenly left the room. As for the service, no one even showed any willingness to ask whether we wanted the room cleaned or if we needed anything. We were lacking basic hygiene supplies, such as toilet paper, of which there was not enough. The soap we received only lasted for a few hand washes. Water was also not replenished daily, even though this had been the case in our previous accommodations. No one came to empty the trash either, so the bin quickly became full. During this time, the staff seemed more interested in watering the grass or using their phones. As for the room itself, it was extremely hot. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, even though it was set to maximum. I would also like to add that for breakfast we could only choose between an omelet, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs, while other guests had many more options available. (We saw them being served different dishes right in front of us.)

Очень уютно! Красивый дворик, большой светлый и приятный номер. Спасибо большое всей семье - добродушно, заботливо и стараются помочь с любыми вопросами. В такие теплые места приятно будет возвращаться!

Немного далеко до моря, если вы пешком - около 25 минут спокойным шагом, но если идти не по жаре - то вполне ок )

Zeer nette prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het is wel een beetje zoeken waar je heen moet. Het appartement ligt in een zijstraatje. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt overal waar nodig! De kamers zijn erg gehorig, we hebben hier 1 nachtje verbleven maar konden niet heel lekker slapen door de geluiden.
