Casa Capolino

Das Casa Capolino ist ein typisch italienisches Haus ohne großen Schnickschnack – genau richtig, um einfach Urlaub zu machen und den italienischen Style zu erleben. Die Lage ist absolut top, da das Haus sehr nah am Meer gelegen ist. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die sehr große Terrasse, auf der man die Zeit herrlich verbringen konnte.

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig; die Unterkunft war an vielen Stellen etwas speckig und nicht richtig sauber. ​Was mir außerdem besonders sauer aufgestoßen ist: Laut der Beschreibung auf Booking.com sollte die Klimaanlage im Preis enthalten sein. Vor Ort mussten wir dann jedoch extra zahlen – 5 € am Tag, insgesamt also 50 €. So etwas im Nachhinein zu verlangen, entspricht absolut nicht der feinen, gastfreundlichen italienischen Art und hinterlässt einen sehr unschönen Beigeschmack.

cuscini in lana che avranno almeno 80 anni, così come le lenzuola, gli asciugamani e gli strofinacci. in bagno abbiamo trovato una saponetta usata e carta igienica quasi finita. in cucina c'erano una spugnetta per piatti indecente, alcune stoviglie arrugginite, fornetto con l'interno sporco, pentole e posate lavate male. addirittura in salotto c'era un'urna. più che una casa vacanze, sembrava di essere entrati a casa di una coppia di anziani, con tutte le loro cose. avevamo scelto questa soluzione perché avevamo necessità della cucina, ma è stato impossibile usarla a queste condizioni.

Nice apartment with amazing terraces with great view (apartment has 3!), comfortable, it has all you need. Apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, it is quiet 24/7. Supermarket is 5 minutes from the apartment by foot, sea is even closer (both free and paid beaches). Sea is not deep, you can easily reach when it's deep, but if you are a bad swimmer it is a great beach for you. Thanks for our great vacation! We've had a great time!

Towels and bed linen were kinda old, so we recommend host to update them.

It's just amazing place to stay. Incredible views and location. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything you can dream of. Super friendly hosts that make you feel welcomed. Also, they care about your stay and if you ask something, you have an answer in a minute. Thanks for this memorable expierence. ❤️

The apartment was spacious and beautiful with three terraces for a view of the mountains in the distance. We also had a little view of the sea through the trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach!!!

It was on the third floor, so it had a lot of steps. However, on the plus side it provided more exercise for us. 😀

An apartment is well located-about 20 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the beach, market, cafes. An apartment has several rooms with balconies, bathroom(very good one), kitchen with all you need for cooking, living room with huge terrace. The views from all rooms are amazing. There are conditioners in one bedroom and in the living room, WiFi of good quality. We visited Scauri in late May and there was not a lot of people. Note for the weather forecasts in the phone-it showed that there will be rain for all 4 days of our stay, however there was no rain at this place-sun every day. Balconies and terrace are suitable for sunbathing. Communication with an apartment owner was also very good, we checked-in late in the evening and checked-out early in the morning, no problems.
