Heerlijk verblijf met een fijn zwembad

A complete disappointment of a hotel. We originally booked seven nights, but we checked out after only two nights. The reasons were: The nearby beaches were full of rubbish. Literally trash in the water and all over the sand. We had actually chosen this hotel because it’s relative close to the beaches, so it completely defeats the purpose of staying here when the surrounding beaches are filthy. Power cuts lasting several hours at a time, without any notice, even though the hotel clearly knew about the planned outages. A gap between the door and the wall, big enough for lizards to crawl into the room. We had to chase them out ourselves and ended up stuffing paper towels into the gap. The safety box issue — it already had a code, and I had to ask the manager for it. When I insisted that only I should know the code (as it defeats the purpose otherwise), he eventually texted me how to reset it. Still, that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Dirty towels — the ones we received on the second day were clearly stained and uncleaned. When I took them to reception to ask for clean ones, they told me they didn’t have any available. When checking out, an employee who said he was in charge of Booking.com reservations apologised and promised a refund for the unused nights. A few hours later, however, the hotel manager (as he introduced himself) sent me a WhatsApp message saying they wouldn’t be refunding anything. We completely understand that a no-show fee (non refundable booking) applies when guests don’t arrive — but in our case, we did arrive, saw the actual state of the hotel, and decided to leave because it simply didn’t meet our expectations. Despite that, the manager ignored all my emails and WhatsApp messages afterwards. The hotel also refused to mark us as checked out on Booking.com, so for days I sent emails and WhatsApp messages asking them to confirm it — all of which they completely ignored. Overall, my experience with this hotel feels like a scam.

Sehr ruhige Anlage und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer großzügig und der Pool und Garten wunderschön sauber.

Nur Kleinigkeiten - Mehr Bäume und Schatten! Ein Zahnputzbecher im Badezimmer und Tee & Zucker Nachfüllung mehr regelmässig.

On a adoré notre séjour ici. La chambre était super, très propre et fonctionnelle. Les villas sont à la fois près du centre mais dans une rue calme. Le personnel est adorable. Mention spéciale pour Pia qui a été au petit soin du début à la fin. Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil.

Wunderschöne Villa, gut Platz für 4 Personen. Eigener Pool und gemeinschaftlicher Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal (Pia aussergewöhnlich freundlich). Gratis Trinkwasser in der Unterkunft!

Nichts

Amazing villa, clean and with all the facilities you need! Location is perfect, central but not on busy and noisy road. Staff was superb with a special shoutout to Pia who really made us feel home and was able to promptly help with what we needed.
