Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man zur Oper und innerhalb der Altstadt nicht weit laufen muss. Es gibt einen Aufzug, so dass man keine Treppen steigen muss.

Mejoraria mucho con algunos detalles: explicar el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado y el calentador (algún día tuvimos agua fría y sin aire acondicionado), uno de los baños necesita una reforma, los colchones son blandos y las sabanas ásperas

Location is excellent

Boiler is set to 50 deg. Leaving cold water after 1-2 short shower. Need to restart the boiler on a higher temperature. Key collection on other place is not comfortable. Need to think on a better solution. Mattress if bad

The location was good, I liked the coffee machine and the fact that coffee pods were provided, the apartment was clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and the main bathroom was lovely.

Getting into the property was very difficult, and this is why I would now not recommend the property to anyone. First of all, after walking for a long time with suitcases, we got to the property to find we had another 25 minutes to walk to pick up the keys from another hotel. Once arriving at this hotel, I had to wait for ages for someone to appear to help me. Once back at the property, it is unclear about which floor, and which apartment. the keys were difficult to use. We knocked at ther wrong door and it was clear that this happens a lot. Also, each bedroom should have its own mirror, as well as additional plug sockets.

Great location and very clean modern apartment. Great hosts and always available

Perfect location, close to all amenities. Large comfortable apartment with 3 large double bedrooms & 2 great sized bathrooms both with showers and one with a bath. Four of us stayed here but be comfortable with upto 6/7 ppl staying here.

The only negative is that it was difficult to find. It's once you arrive at the building it's not clear about which apartment it is. It needs a sign on the door saying the name of the apartment, that would be really useful.
