It is terrible experience

Firstly, the bed sheets and blanket, although white, had visible brown stains, which strongly suggests they were not properly cleaned. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the room. In addition, the room’s only window faces a corridor, resulting in very poor ventilation and a lack of fresh air. More importantly, the bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant odor that persisted even when it was not in use. The smell was overwhelming and made the bathroom extremely uncomfortable to use. This condition is completely unacceptable and does not meet basic accommodation hygiene standards. Due to the issues mentioned above, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this accommodation. I kindly request a proper explanation and appropriate corrective action, including compensation if applicable.

El lugar es muy lindo y su administradora muy amable. Le pedí si podía dejarle la mochila para ir hasta Machu Picchu y accedió sin problemas. Todo excelente.
