Modern Apartment in Nairobi near YaYa Centre with pool,Gym,Wifi

The location was close to shopping areas and malls. Good restaurants and cafes.

The owner/manager was totally unresponsive. Despite asking several days in advance for location address, I didn’t receive it. On arrival in Nairobi and out of the airport I called and sent texts. It took an hour before I received the location address. Electricity outage in the apartment started after midnight because the meter was not charged. I sent a message and got no response until 13 hours later when the meter was recharged. No hot water to shower, no power to charge phone and laptop.

Location very central, nice new apartment, small but perfect for 1-2 people, good communication with landlord,

Power cut and generator problems the first day. However the landlord did everything she could to resolve the problem.

The host was unresponsive. The map to the apartment terminated in the middle of a road. The host was not picking my calls. Ended up opting for a plan B. Such an inconvenience especially after a long flight

Power went out twice but it's okay

Everything was good as expected.

Was very clean and secured.

Very good location, safe building. Bed was comfortable,. everything you need is inside. Flexible owner.

2 out of 3.nighgs the people upstairs were partying until the morning. I know it's not something you can influence but I'm pretty sure if I'd stay longer,. I'd complain to the reception.
