The accommodation was new and clean, with a great design, rather close to anything in Uluwatu by bike. There was fast internet for Bali standards, good for working remotely (including video calls). There was also a smart TV in the room which came in handy for rainy times.

Although the room was cleaned every time we requested it, the bedsheets were not changed during our stay (7 nights), while the towels were changed only once, one day before leaving the place. Due to its peculiar design, the house was not perfectly sealed, in the living room you could hear the neighbours talking, in the bedroom that was upstairs you could hear all the cars and bikes from the road and the wind was also entering the room through the holes in the roof. It was not completely disturbing but for sure this is an issue for light sleepers. We had an issue with the water, it stopped working for both the sink and the toilet, thus it was impossible to flush. They solved it quickly but there was some misunderstanding on their side, probably because they did not speak English very well, so at the beginning they thought the toilet was clogged, while the water itself was the issue. However it was solved after explaining several times what had happened.

The villa was just amazing, it was located in a rather quiet area but still only a few minutes away from beaches, restaurants, etc

Thin walls to hear neighbors

I liked the architecture and design of chalets . Asetically pleasing and comfortable . Grounds were kept clean .

I didn’t like the lack of noise control from neighbouring chalets . I could clearly hear the next door neighbours having sex until 4 am every night . Thanks John & friend from no:2 !!! Honestly sounded like they were in my apartment , even when they were just talking . Concrete structure but paper thin bedrooms rooves . I didn’t sleep at all the whole time I was there .

Spacious and clean.

The property is SO LOUD. We complained as soon as we got there, it’s basically an open property and the noise is constant from the road throughout the night aswell. They give you ear plugs so they clearly know about the noise. We asked to move aswell because we booked a room and they didn’t specify it had no view, the pictures are very misleading and showed specifically on that room there was a view. When we confronted the manager he agreed with my points and agreed to offer us a refund and we stayed else where. I literally could not sleep with the noise. They told me to cancel the booking online and get a refund from booking.com they have told me I have to contact the property and the property will not refund me the money even though they have had my money from booking.com. It’s beyond a joke.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I didn’t even stay the 5 nights I stayed 1 and have been charged fully for 5 nights, disgraceful.

It’s a lovely small resort, a great location as a base for exploring Uluwatu, especially if you rent a scooter. They also offer scooter rentals at the hotel, so there’s no need to look elsewhere. The price is comparable to others. The only thing we missed was the option of breakfast, so you have to go out for every meal

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were beautifully designed, aesthetically pleasing. Staff were very helpful, friendly and easily accessible. An easy trip to get into the heart of Uluwatu. We look forward to returning when the restaurant is open, however there were plenty of great dining options within a minutes walk! Thankyou for a wonderful stay. 5 star rating!!
