May I please have a refund. Accommodation couldn't host me as there was no water and no electricity.

The host called me and told me they can't host me as there was no water and no electricity.

We had the most wonderful one-night stay this weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained surroundings that make it feel like a true escape. Our room was just as impressive — the décor was tasteful and elegant, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had one of the best night’s sleeps in a long time. A special mention to the host, Debbie, who was so lovely and welcoming. Her kindness and attention to detail really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

As a PMB citizen, it was lovely to find this gem in a very great location. My partner who was a first time visitor, really enjoyed the area and it was conducive for us to easily access surrounding places in the city.

My stay was too short.
