Spectacular! From first contact to check out these guys provide above and beyond customer service and attention to detail. One of the owners came to the condo site to greet me and make sure I got in and that everything was up to par. The apt was SPOTLESS. A welcome basket of healthy snacks, coffee, creamers on counter, nice shampoo conditioner soap lotion etc , high end towels and sheets and pillows and comforters and the bed was memory foam and SO comfortable to lay there n watch the sun come up. The linai deck looks over the pool. Out of all the places, 7 total I've stayed on Anna Maria this place took the cake and stood out in above the rest in every way. Even checking in to see if I was comfortable or needed anything, a wonderful book about their family and just a whole amazing vibe these guys have. I couldn't recommend staying in one of their u it's enough. Oh AND like that wasn't enough the price couldn't be beat. Plus your a quick walk to beach and bridge st. Thanks coastal cheer! 3rd floor and no elevator.

Beautiful & fantastic location! Central to everything we needed - beach, shops, restaurants. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed and the owner was very prompt and responsive, checking in often to make sure that we had everything we needed. The unit is part of a 15 or 16-unit complex that shares the pool and deck area. Most residents are long-term winter renters and are very friendly :)

Because of its location, there was a lot of noise, both music, people, and construction. This was easily resolved with a white noise app on our phones. Construction noise started daily at 7:30 am but was done by 5 or 6 and the ambient tourist/restaurant noise was done by 10:30. Construction projects are ongoing throughout the island and not specific to this location and didn't diminish our experience at all.

We would always prefer a walk in shower rather than step into a bath but rarely available in apartments if this size

Perfectly equipped and decorated in a gorgeous Florida beachy style. Hosts were on hand all the time and so kind and friendly. Location unreal. No need to go anywhere else. Trolley bus is an absolute bonus too. We will be back

Nothing

The location was incredible being two blocks from the entertainment district on Bridge Street (food shopping, entertainment), and 2 blocks from the beach. We also discovered a great biking path was also only 3 blocks away. And that path offers a very pleasant 2 mile paved ride with open views of the beach & the dunes all the way to Coquina Beach Park.

The condo doesn't have an elevator. Climbing UP three flights of narrow stairs with ice coolers, groceries, suitcases was not fun, but once unpacked, the empty-handed climbs were no problem.

It’s close to the beach and restaurants, quite. Good communication with the owners. They answer emails, text messages and calls.

There’s not good privacy for 2 couples because there’s only 1 room.

The property location is near shops, restaurants and is just a short walk to the beach! Our Coastal Cheer apartment was spotless and well stocked. We loved the convenience of the storage area! It is stocked with sunshades, beach chairs and every other beach accessory you need which is super convenient!
