Eurostars Universal Lisboa

Das Eurostars Universal Lisboa ist ein schönes 5-Sterne-Hotel im modernen Teil von Lissabon und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt. Der Empfang war herzlich, und wir hatten das Glück, eine komfortable Suite im 15. Stock zu beziehen. Von dort aus genossen wir einen beeindruckenden Ausblick über den Tejo. Das gesamte Hotel präsentiert sich modern, stilvoll und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem Concierge Antonio. Er stand uns von der ersten Minute bis zur Abreise mit wertvollen Tipps, Empfehlungen und Hilfestellungen zur Seite und überzeugte dabei durch seine Professionalität und sein außergewöhnliches Engagement. Ebenso möchten wir Andrea von der Bar erwähnen, der uns stets äußerst zuvorkommend bedient hat. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass er sogar dafür sorgte, dass ein von uns gewünschter roter Portwein bereits am nächsten Tag verfügbar war. Hervorheben möchten wir außerdem die ausgezeichnete Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant. Unserer Meinung nach wird dieses etwas unterschätzt, obwohl es kulinarisch sehr viel zu bieten hat und daher unbedingt einen Besuch wert ist. Insgesamt haben wir unsere Tage im Eurostars Universal Lisboa sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses hervorragende Hotel unseren Freunden und Bekannten ohne jede Einschränkung weiter.

The staff are all helpful and excellent. The infinity pool is lovely.

Hot selection at breakfast was mostly lukewarm or fridge cold in the case of the mushrooms. Coffee service was stretched at times. The rest of the breakfast was very fresh and really nice.

Comfortable and clean room! Nice decoration! Nice views! Really nice bathroom!

The staff is the worst I have ever seen working in a hotel! Totally lost in reception! There was a woman in reception that was totally useless, she was there to do nothing! Everything I asked her, she said it had to be done by her colleague. On top of that, I sat at the hotel restaurant to have dinner, and after waiting for 40 minutes for the waiter to take my order, I decided to leave and order from the room service phone, which was not working at all! Reception line was not working either!!! Them I had to go downstairs again and order with the only waiter that was serving 15 people at the bar and at least 15 more at the restaurant! In a "5 stars" hotel, they had ONLY ONE waiter working to serve 30 people! Just unacceptable! Poorest service EVER! Then I wrote a review in google sharing my experience, and the manager called me to ask what happened. I told him the story, and he decided to send me a 5€ champagne bottle (I googled the specific beverage) to my room and a couple of portuguese desserts. I don't drink alcohol and I don't eat sugar! Hence, his gesture didn't change anything, because I did not even open the cheap, low quality champagne he sent me over or ate the high sugar unhealthy dessert! Just a total disaster of a service! And now, the cherry at the top of the cake!!! The room service mentioned above, has just been charged in my card TWICE! Lovely! Isn't it?

A localização é excelente. Foi o que mais gostei. Tem um rooftop muito bonito, em particular a piscina.

A cama era muito desconfortável. A recepção foi péssima. Os funcionários pareciam estagiários. Depois de tantos e-mails e contactos via WhatsApp a questionar a hora prevista de chegada, chegar ao hotel e ver os funcionários a olhar para mim com ar de quem se questiona o que estava eu a fazer aí, não foi agradável. Os elevadores funcionam sem ser necessário activar com o cartão, o que denota pouca atenção com a segurança.
