FRA very comfortable and well appointed house. Good location better accessed by car. Very efficient kitchen and well equipped. Everything in perfect condition and clean. Air conditioning in the main 2nd floor living area. The house is well built with quality material. Very attractive first floor area with a huge television screen. Last but not least, a very pleasant (foreign) owner who cares for your well being with plenty of local experience. A 10 minute drive to the local lake.
The outside area of the house namely the garden could be a little more attractive allowing to use it. The BBQ equipment could be a little more up to date...
