The apartment was dirty and marks on bed sheets the door on the balcony did not lock no supplies in the bathroom very poor kitchen supplies in the kitchen and odd Delphi and cutlery no washing up liquid

We would have moved out dinner but Sean didn’t show up to fix anything.

It started with a broken door and a key that didn’t work. The property was dirty with ashes on the TV stand and cigarette butts and dirty rags on the small balcony. The toilet didn’t work. It leaked and fell partially off the wall. We called about the toilet and Sean said he would be there in an hour and showed up 4 hours later without a tool in his hand to declare the toilet was broken. Sean said it couldn’t be fixed until the next day with no mention of a discount or a way to remedy the situation. The TV didn’t have a remote and his reply was that it was missing, but no offer of a replacement. The blinds were broken and the kitchen cabinet was missing the front cabinet door. There was graffiti scratched in the doors. Electrical wires were hanging from under the kitchen and open wires were hanging out, of the front door. The bathroom was gross with a dirty rusted metal soap dish. We couldn’t leave fast enough. In the end we left and were changed the full cancellation fee with no accommodations for the dirty non functional bathroom. I would not recommend anyone staying here! Booking.co should take this off theirs site.

Nós gostamos da localização, tem muita coisa perto: restaurante, mercado, cinema. O apartamento era no 1 andar, tinha vista para o mar. Era confortável, tinha 2 quartos com cama de casal e um sofá cama já arrumado na sala, pois fomos em 5 pessoas. Tem fogão, forno, geladeira e máquina de lavar e secar. Tem algumas panelas, copos e talheres. Apesar do anfitrião ter nos enviado um vídeo e mensagem para entrar no apartamento, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade pois estava errado o número do nosso apartamento e o código, foi confundido com outro apartamento que já estava locado. Mas depois de ligarmos, resolvemos tudo. Apesar do vídeo de como ligar a água quente, também tivemos um pouco de dificuldade e 2 de nós tomamos banho frio. Depois a água ficou bem quentinha. Não tivemos dificuldade para estacionar o carro num estacionamento público perto da orla, indicado pelo anfitrião.

Tinha uma cadeira quebrada e uma panela furada. Não gostei da entrada pro corredor do apartamento, tem uns sacos de lixo guardados lá.

No pudimos verlo, el propio dia nos llamo y nos envio a otro alojamiento.

El alojamiento estaba sucio, no tenia una quinta cama (tuvimos que dormir en el suelo), después de 2 semanas seguimos reclamando un reembolso al propietario.
