"Extremely dirty and rude."

The location was in the middle of town.

The property was very dirty. There was a large watermelon size hole in the floor in our room. They just been covered up with carpet, no wood so it was a sink hole and scary. There was blood on the sheets and on the boxspring, and I mean a lot of blood. They also kept our deposit due to having a service dog, even though we showed legitimate paperwork.
