Wunderbare Aussicht von 2 Balkonen, im 4. Stock gelegen.Es hat an nichts gefehlt, hervorzuheben die komplett ausgestattete Küche.Alle haben sich wohl gefüllt! Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat sehr gut funktioniert.

"Grado d'inverno"

Gennaio 2026 Ampio appartemento in zona Grado Pineta(Lido) al quarto ed ultimo piano di un condominio dotato di ascensore. Due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, comodi materassi in foam. Bagno con doccia, bidet e lavatrice. Cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, microonde e fornetto. Spazioso salotto con doppia esposizione. A terminare il tutto due terrazze, una lato sud-est verso il golfo di Trieste ed una lato nord sulla laguna e il Santuario di Barbana. Invidiabile quest'ultima per grandezza e panorama. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, wi-fi incluso. Pulizia ineccepibile e host premuroso e sempre disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito e disponibile ai lati della strada del civico.

"Good choice for a few-day escape"

The flat is near the seaside and beach in a quiet town area. It was a modern and fully equipped apartment. The building was not new or particularly impressive, but clean and quiet. Easy and free parking. Ideal for cycling or walking along the beach, as the walking and cycle path starts right across the building. The town of Grado with many shops and restaurants is just a few kilometers away - easy to reach on a bike.

"Relaxed stay near the beach"

The accommodation was as described, the photos are up to date. Communication with the landlady was very easy, and the key handover went well. The apartment is at the end of Grado Pineta, right next to lots of greenery, and quiet. The balcony and terrace allow for a comfortable stay outdoors. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there.
