Clean room with enough space for a short stay.. Easy access.

We didn't get a balcony as requested. Instructions on how to get in weren't clear. We were knocking on someone else's door.

Locatie was perfect. Goede bedden. Uitstekende douche.

Uitrusting in keuken qua glazen en bekers was karig. Geen koffie-apparaat, alleen een percolator en geen koffie/thee.

Good location near a great coffee shop. Near ruins and near tramline etc not so close to the better restaurants and places to eat so get your walking shoes on.

There are stairs to the lift, it is not possible to leave luggage. They charge for an early checkin - 20 euro also just to leave bags. The communications with the service team was very confusing. They send you a letter with a non clickable Google link and then also WhatsApp making you do admin on your vacation. Don’t click the link copy id and they don’t accept drivers licence. They wanted to charge me for an early checkin that they wouldn’t allow as they made up rules that didn’t align with the emails. I asked for help over laundry and no answer was given. The service team are all platitudes and no actual service. Bed was ok, the duvet is thin and warm ( synthetic ???) pillows were very thin. There is a city tax which is a max of ten euro per person but the instructions make it out as a maximum of ten euro. We booked another apartment for the rest of our stay. It was much better organised and the fit out was better.
