"Everything was good, we recommended"

9.0

The apartment has an excellent location. It’s situated in a great area — a short walk to the beaches, the famous pier, and the city center. Everything is within easy reach, and the transport connections are convenient from all directions. The train station is also quite close — just a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the staircase is clean and tidy, and the apartment itself is very easy to find, with clear instructions provided. The place is spacious and airy — so much so that we even managed to get a little “lost” a couple of times! It’s well equipped with everything you need — dishes, pans, pots, cutlery, and more. The only thing missing was larger coffee cups, but we bought some and left them in the apartment, so hopefully they will be useful for the next guests. The host is wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. She even assisted us in ordering a taxi, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable place to stay, perfect for both relaxing and exploring the city.

The balconies were a bit untidy and could use some cleaning. Also, it would be helpful if a broom or other cleaning tools were easier to find — we wanted to sweep up the sand we brought back from the beach but had to search for one.

"Bad"

1.0

The flat is in "safe" distance from the city cener- if there is a city center- every smaller or bigger city offers sth to a tourist- Pescara is simply boring. Apart from nice beaches there is nothing exciting about this place.

The place looks completely different in the pictures than in the reality. The place is underequipped. It is below basic standards. It is more for students not for travellers. It is even hard to sleep there- scorching hot- no AC. No pots- 1of 2 was broken... no hairdryer, no elecric kettle, problems with electricity, - some strange cables and wires sticking out from the walls, water in the shower- poor canalisation, rusted shower- brrrrrr, crazy neighbour who tells you what you mustn't do before you even enter the door. Strange pieces of different furniture- some from the 50s, some from the 90s. I don't recommend the place and wouldn't like to come there. I am not a princess- but my living standards are higher than this what was offered. The owner wanted yo get us out 1 night before because she had made a "writing mistake" even though the stay had been paid in advance.
