No Water facility in washroom 😞😞.

1. The staff was helpful

This is a INN and a OYO service. Saw a few couples requesting (and getting) a room without paperwork. The toilet seat was broken. The AC and hot water was constantly turned off by the front desk and had to be asked to turn on each time we needed it (including late at nights)

The location was great. It was spotless clean and felt safe for a foreigner woman like myself which was hard to find in this part of the city. The room is very nice with comfortable bed, hot shower. The staff spoke mostly Hindi (I don’t) and was amicable and making sure I had everything I needed. I recommend this place, especially as a woman traveller.

A bit of monitoring and inquisitive personal questions from the staff but nothing major that made me too uncomfortable for the short stay.

No windows in the room. Photos don’t match with the room description. Bathroom was so small that we don’t understand where to bath and where to ……………..

This hotel is well situated and fairly close to most tourist attractions. Easy walk to ATM and restaurants. It is well managed and good value. The staff could not have been kinder or more courteous which I really appreciated as a female solo traveller. Night staff were considerate and not unduly noisy - my room was near the reception desk and I was undisturbed. The room was a good size, quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable and Wi-fi wasn’t problematic. Hot water was available. There was air-conditioning and a new television in the room but I did not use either of these facilities. The hotel is on the second floor and there is a lift.

No complaints, highly recommended. I have been in India for one month and this is the hotel that pleased me most.

Nothing.

It’s filthy, they gave one towel for two people, the staff is very rude. If you want hot water you have to ask them to turn it on then wait 30-40 minutes. They say they take card then try to charge you extra to use a card once you arrive. The location isn’t very good.

Location was great, it is a 5 walk from Ellis Bridge, and Riverfront area. Its located in a Mall on the second floor. there are several veg restaurants within the mall. There is a nice temple across the road. There are several buses outside the hotel with good connectivity to several tourist attractions. Place very safe at all times of the day and night Despite the improvement areas mentioned below, I had an overall pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return

The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful too. Noise levels can be managed better, several times I got woken up by noise outside from either the chatter amongst the staff or by the guests in the nearby rooms. Hot water management -this was a distinct pain area. Though there is a nice geyser in the room the staff control the main switch to the geyser and keep shutting it every now and then. Every time we need the geyser we have to go out to the reception to switch on the geyser. I somehow never got good hot water even once in my 5 days stay. Room cleaning is only upon request. There is no place to hang wet clothes, this can be improved upon.

Bed was comfortable and location good for where we wanted to go. Staff friendly. Nicely maintained property.

Noise. Gap at top of window frames meant there was no noise insulation and this is a noisy area. Staff member had a very loud speaking voice and was very noisy late at night and very very early in the morning. Felt that at 05:30 it was ok to be noisy because everyone was up working. When asked to be quiet was very quiet, but shouldn’t have to ask. Having to ask to have hot water put on.
