No cumplieron con la limpieza de los botes de basura ni papel de baño y la persona que tenía que recibir no era la indicada

Mala experiencia y publicidad engañosa Desde la llegada tuvimos problemas. La casa que nos asignaron primero no coincidía con lo que se anunciaba. Era prácticamente un solo cuarto con cuatro camas, sala y todo junto. En la publicación se mencionaba alberca, pero nos dijeron que “debíamos fijarnos bien en todas las casas porque las fotos estaban juntas”. Eso es confuso y engañoso para el huésped. Después nos cambiaron a otra casa y nos cobraron $200 más por noche. Aunque estaba dentro de un condominio y parecía aceptable al inicio, comenzaron más problemas: encontramos cucarachas durante la estancia, no hubo Internet hasta el último día (lo cual afecta mucho si uno necesita trabajar o comunicarse), la bomba de agua hace demasiado ruido y resulta muy molesto, y la anfitriona no responde con rapidez cuando se le contacta. En general, la experiencia fue decepcionante y no corresponde con lo que se ofrece en la plataforma. No volveríamos.

La tranquilidad y sobretodo por qué tienes mercado y súper muy cerca.

The only pro I would say is having parking available because it gets crowded with other vehicles that double park.

Property was too dusty and seemed to have never been cleaned before our arrival. Bed sheets were smelly and dusty that caused us allergies. Kitchen was not correctly equipped, If the property is for 10 people then it should have atleast enough plates, cups, and utensils for 10. Cleaning supplies is another thing the property was missing, we all know if you go to the beach you will still bring some sand, and we wanted to sweep but no cleaning supplies were available. Cleaning “service” is provided, but it only includes taking out the trash so don’t expect for more.

Lady change the price when got there had to pay 500 pesos more and wanted it all in cash I do not recommend they change per person and this is the same price as other hotels with breakfast included this place doesn't even offer breakfast or anything but still will upsell you

we where told we where getting a house. it was 3 bedrooms and a kitchen which was accessible through a bedroom only. the kitchen had no plates, cutlery or basic kitchen items. the toilet was in the shower, and we found cockroaches. the owners came in during the day and turned off air conditioning and fans so the place was hot upon our return. the home was absent the of towels and basic needs and none of this was communicated prior to arrival.
