GBBeautiful location just in front of the beach. The room was very nice and clean with all the amenities that you may need. Good AC and fan, there was even an iron with board! Tasty complimentary teas, large swimming pool, delicious food. Overall we really liked the place, highly recommended
LKThe location is excellent. Step out-step in beach access. Situated on a particularly nice expanse of the beach as well. Rooms were well appointed with all the requisite amenities for the price. As a group of 5, we appreciated the management's complimentary upgrade of one of our rooms to make them both adjoining and sea-view. The staff, Dilan, Sanju and Co, were extremely friendly and accommodating. A real plus. The pizza was quite excellent and the cappuccinos were fantastic (worth an entire star). All in all a great stay. The was a little situation with water running out on the morning of our departure. We appreciated the rectifying of the issue as quickly as the logistics allowed.

GBCozy and clean room with fan and AC working perfectly, nice amenities, delicious tea in the room and everything you may need! We were quite surprised by the level of cleanliness. We loved the breakfast, pizza and panini, the swimming pool and the quiet beach. Also the rooms are quiet, no road noises or loud music, perfect for a relaxing vacation. We regret not booking for longer and if there was availability we would definitely extend our stay.
USWe booked the family room on the first floor and really liked it. The 2 rooms are connected and there is a nice bathroom in both and an amazing view. The property is new, there are very nice fittings and we loved the decor. We prefer a firm mattress and was the first place we stayed in Sri Lanka with a nice firm mattress where we actually had a good sleep. The garden is huge, well maintained and the pool is large and beautiful. The food and the service were just outstanding, we had great breakfasts and tried the pizza, panini, cheese and cold cut platter, the quality was honestly unexpected for Sri Lanka. The staff is also very kind and attentive. We will definitely come back! Thank you

GBAmazing property, the staff were super lovely and very accommodating. Everything was very clean. Room had a beautiful sea view. You can ask for breakfast to be included in the bill for an extra $10 and it is definitely worth it - amazing breakfasts. We would happily stay here again

BEPeace and quiet on the otherwise busy south coast. Beautiful location on a quiet beach. Not a dream beach, but cozy and quiet. Surfing is also possible near the pier.
The pool could be a little better maintained, but still pleasant.
