Close to the beach

I forgot my personalised bathroom bag with a closed box of prescription pill in. I phoned to ask that it be kept for me but the response was just that the cleaners says that its not their. This is not excepted. The staff and the property management can not be trusted.

Really was I relaxing stay. House away from home. Will come back definitely!!!!!

The room was acceptable and clean. Loved the big shower.

Collecting the keys was not easy as I could not find the allocated room which is 412. You get to the elevator with heavy bags and press 4 only to realize that there is no access to room 412 on level 4!!! You have to walk on level 3 to access room 412 via stairs!!! After getting lost, I enquired with the guy I thought he was a security personnel on duty only for him to say "I do not work here" then I proceeded with my search to 412. I eventually got it, had to fetch the heavy bags and then go look for the allocated parking bay, it was also a mission. As I went out, the very person "I do not work here", he was seated at the gate entrance receiving other guests. BULL****

The building consists of many flats, yet it remains quiet.

The fridge is old and very noisy. The tv is small. The air-conditioning system is too loud.

Unit was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils we needed. Even detergents were supplied. So I didn't need to use mine. Best of all was the comfortable bed and bedding! I've had the best rest ever.....thanks Annelie

Unit definitely needs a bigger TV. Network signal also not the best in the building(not just this unit) Very important that this is attended to. Travellers will want this. All this is easible fixable.
