Very difficult to take your car and park inside the hotel.Dont understand why they are asking security deposit money when my room is fully paid and in return they r giving cash but not to my account

Staff were really good

Noise was too much, traffic and honks start as early as 6am. Very dissatisfied. Bathroom had so much mosquito. For the price paid definitely not worth it

Nothing good in the hotel....

no wifi and conjested rooms..also paid refundable security deposit 500 no where mentioned at the time of check in Horrible parking place which is in basement with narrow entry/exit.... geyser control at reception We went to hotel at 2pm we switched the geyser completed shower but no hot Water.. when we ask he is switching on geyser control button at night 10pm. Hotel Exactly on road night time lot if noise and not able to sleep.

There was no breakfast. Location was good, but the room and services didn’t meet expectations.

The location was very convenient, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The room could have been cleaner and more comfortable, and the facilities and service did not meet expectations. I hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

Staffs were nice..rooms cleanliness much better than our previous stays

Would have been nice if you gave us single bed room ...booked deluxe queen size bedroom but got small room with two bed ...why? Couldn't even walk ...pls work on it and another thing if you are not gonna allow un married couples,just mention it in your policies in the booking app. Nevertheless the flaws , cleanliness was top notch and felt safe
