Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Die Küche ist einmalig, sehr modern und gemütlich Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank an Delphine für die nette Betreuung :-)

Le logement est très bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons eu plusieurs contacts avec Delphine qui a été très efficace pour traiter nos demandes. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Our stay at Villa Pelican was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for thanks to Delphine’s outstanding communication and warm hospitality. She made everything seamless, ensuring we had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible. The villa itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located to enjoy the best of Saint Martin. A huge thank you to Delphine for going above our stay unforgettable. The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured on Booking.com. There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The house is lovely and clean! The outside area is also a paradise with a large table for eating, and multiple seating areas. The view is breathtaking of the sea! Additionally, there is a fantastic French market a 1 minute walk away from the home that has everything you need to fill the fridge in addition to French pastries, fresh bread daily and coffee. Delphine was a phenomenal host. She was so friendly and kind. She greeted us and helped us settle in. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach advice! Our vacation was perfect in every way!

The house was beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. The outdoor dinning area and pool were amazing. Delphine was so friendly and knowledgeable of the island. She was prompt to respond and provide assistance if needed. St. Martin provided the opportunity to practice speaking French and experience the French culture on the island.

This villa was perfect for our needs (one couple plus 2 friends). The fabulous pool area and covered patio (with a lovely view of distant waves in the nearby bay) was very private and quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-designed and appear to be newly renovated. The location was excellent, with a great little bakery/grocery store and 2 very good restaurants within a 5 min. walk. This was a convenient location as a base to explore the island (you will need a car), with many excellent beaches within a 20 min drive. One thing that made it even better was the property manager Delphine, who was very prompt at answering questions and providing help when we needed it (like figuring out how to operate the new oven). We stayed for 3 weeks and easily could have stayed another 3! If we ever come back to St Martin, we'll want to stay here again.
