Friendly and helpfull Host. Great location with plenty of restaurants within a few mins walk. Desi brilliant host made us so welcome and help us plan Taxi for trip to Etna and to airport. If in Catania this would be a perfect place to stay. Very safe spotless clean.

Power tripping if too many things on at same time ( incl washing machine, kettle)

The host is nice and helpful and responsive. We arrived late at the apartment (past 11 pm) and she received us for the checkin. More so, she left for us a bag of pasta, home made sauce and cheese so we can cook a quick dinner. That was the loveliest gesture I ever received from a booking host (and I use this platform A LOT) The place is nice, comfy, clean and it has all you need for a longer stay, even.

We got everything we needed for a perfect vacation in Sicilly. The apartment has all the utilities, very clean and with a modern look, exactly as in the pictures. Located in the city center, we had the access just by walking to the main attraction points and restaurants of Catania. The host, Desiree, a lovely lady offered us all the guidance and support just after we have booked the apartment. She adviced us in choosing the best car rental option, she kept free our parking place, she gave the list with the highly recommended restaurants, places to visit, best beaches. She welcomed us with drinks, fruits, sweets. Our staying was so comfortable and enjoyed everything based on her recommendations. For sure we will be back here in our next trip to Sicily.

The host was wonderful, explained everything in detail on the day of arrival. She was amazing to give us many recommendations for restaurants and bakeries nearby which were very delicious. Before going to Catania with a family of three, we checked many different places where to stay, choosing between the hotel and the apartments. As it was our first time ever in Sicily, staying in the hotel with food & drinks included, having a reception desk available 24/7, sounded good and logical! However, this type of living is indeed more expensive! After spending a few hours, we luckily found Liborio Homes on booking, which was offering a brand new apartment for a good price, in the centre of Catania! By the way, all the apartments and the hotels we were looking for are located nearly in the same area - city centre! The only question was that Liborio Homes had only 1 review by the time of our booking ( April 16th,2024), meaning we were about to become second guests in this apartment! Finally, we made our decision and booked it! To be honest, we didn't expect pretty much, and this made a big surprise for us when we arrived at this place! The apartment owners meet and greet us at the place with warmest regards in completely new, fresh, modern 2 rooms flat with a balcony, a very stylish bathroom, and high-quality designed kitchen! This apartment is ideally suitable for a small family of three persons or a couple! We enjoyed it from the very first moment until the end! As a compliment, we received a full fridge of drinks, beers, food, wines, and fruits! The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary furniture and technology, ready for cooking, etc! Microwave and coffee machine with a selection of coffees and teas and so on! Of course, everyone has their own preferences and budget! I can not say that four stars hotels would be better or worse, but surely Liborio Homes is the apartment that meets our highest expectations! Bearing in mind most buildings in Catania are of 4-5 levels, so street noises would be plus minus similar!
