L'appartamento è carino, ben posizionato, comodo, funzionale, completo di quanto necessario per un soggiorno dignitoso

Il gestore non si è presentato ad accogliermi all'arrivo, ma non ho avuto problemi per l'accesso, è stato comunque gentile nel farmi appoggiare la valigia dentro l'appartamento prima del check-in, ma la sua irriverenza verbale al telefono al termine del soggiorno è stata veramente irritante ... sono stato accusato di aver fatto domande "stupide" (non è un refuso) perché ho telefonato una volta per chiedere come si accendesse la macchinetta del caffè poiché non riuscivo a vedere il tasto di accensione, una seconda volta ho chiesto e NON PRETESO se ci fosse un ferro da stiro, mi è stato riferito che si era rotto ed era in assistenza, ma non ancora riparato dato il periodo di chiusura dei negozi a ferragosto; non mi sembra di aver fatto richieste assurde, tanto più rivolte con educazione e gentilezza. Alla mia partenza ho mandato un messaggio vocale al gestore dicendo che avrei gradito parlarci per due o tre questioni che avrei preferito dire a voce senza alcun tipo di polemica; il gestore mi chiede di scrivere una mail ad un indirizzo di posta elettronica privato, ma avendo prenotato tramite booking non mi sento in dovere di utilizzarlo; decido quindi di telefonare con serenità e cordialità per chiarimenti non polemici, ma nella telefonata intercorsa, dove vengo accusato di aver fatto domande "stupide" durante il soggiorno come pocanzi dicevo, mi si riferisce che la sua esperienza di gestore da oramai 33 anni è superiore alla mia e che, anche per una questione anagrafica, il mio giudizio di cliente sembra non contare; ritengo assolutamente fuori luogo aver utilizzato i miei dati sensibili per tenere toni accusatori (infondati) nei miei confronti, la mia volontà era solo quella di far presente di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia di pavimenti, stoviglie e lenzuola, che non ho trovato in perfetto ordine.

Nice place! The host, Diletta, was very welcoming — she arranged an airport transfer for me and provided detailed check-in instructions. The apartment was nicely cooled when I arrived, and there was a bottle of water in the fridge, which was such a lovely touch. Beautiful view of the church from the balcony. The bells ring frequently, but not at night, so if you’re an early riser and out during the day, it’s not a problem at all. In the evening, you can occasionally hear some noise from the street, but it’s didn’t really bother me. The nearest beach is about a 20-minute walk away or 12 minutes by bus

Great location. Bathroom very clean and the room smelled nice. The owner was VERY nice!

Fantastic location and more than a sufficient facilities. Good bed.

Diletta was just amazing. She responded very quickly to all the questions I asked. She was there to meet me at the property, help with getting on the right bus, giving valuable information about our stay and the places to visit etc. She went over and above to really make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

If I have to think of one thing that was different for me, it was putting the toilet paper into a waste bin. This is normal for Sicily so its no reflection on the property.

This is a pretty, lovely accommodiation close to the city center of Catania. In 8 minutes you can get at the fish market and the main street via Etnea.
