The location to NAIA Terminal 3.

The place shows wear and tear. Also the biggest negative is pest/insects that keeps roaming around.

-Property is located near the airport (terminal 3), malls, and restaurants. -clean and well-maintained. -Owner responds quickly to our inquiries and requests. -Good value -Extra linens and towels were provided (smells clean) -Hot water in the shower -2 water refillable jugs -Comfortable beds -Security -Laundry machine

-there were no place to hang our clothes to dry. -not enough pots/pans to our liking These are minor issues but we stayed for a week so we used the laundry machine (a few times) and kitchen a lot.

Being somewhat close to terminal 3 at MNL

I did not like being moved to a different unit that was extremely inconvenient to get to, last minute. The unit moved to did not match the description of the unit that I booked. Not even close.
