Guests highly rate the great location and frequently praise the spacious rooms.
USGreat location, really sweet owners/managers, lovely view., good water pressure, plenty of plates, pots pans etc.
Really could use a larger couch or another loveseat. Missed having a spot to relax that wasn’t a kitchen chair. We were a group of 7. Cleaning could use some work.
USBeautiful apartment with views of the sea. Very comfortable, great location and great host. Perfect setup for our group of 6.
We loved everything! Fyi that the apartment is on the top floor, up 3 flights of stairs- well worth it!

The steps to climb with luggage, finding the apartment was difficult, ants in the bedroom

Clogged sink in master bedroom Totally clogged!
CAGood location just off the main street with a partial sea view. Close to everything. Large comfortable rooms. The kitchen was nicely stalked with dishes.
It was not a problem for us but there are 97 stairs to get up to the apartment. There is no microwave.
AUWe had an amazing stay at Casa Patrizia and loved Monterosso. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning looking over the town and to the ocean. The hosts were fantastic, I highly recommend this accommodation.
A chopping board would be a great addition.
USSadly, we were disappointed in this property.
We had to wipe off our feet with crumbs before getting into bed, even after we just got there. There were no toiletries as advertised. That was a problem given that we were carry-on travelers, and did not have toiletries. There is no soap in the showers. We had to ask for toilet paper, there was a total of 1 roll for 2 bathrooms. There was no coffee maker. There were very few towels. The pillows were hard as cement bags. We didn’t realize there wasn’t AC. Ok, our fault but that was a huge problem. Even with the fans provided the space was very hot. We did not sleep. We chose to leave a day early and go find a hotel with air conditioning and more comfortable space, double paying for the night. We feel they shouldn’t list on a hotel site if they really are just bare bones space. We weren’t expecting luxury given this is our 3rd time to CT and know accommodations are not necessarily luxurious. Given the reviews and the listing, we were surprised.

USIt was clean and comfortable. The view off the balcony was fantastic. Host met us within minutes of arrival. It has clothes pins and a laundry wire to dry clothing outside off the balcony. Numerous fans were provided that helped keep things cool - no A/C. There is a small market about a block down the hill and a really good bakery nearby.
There are 95 stairs to climb to get there, but it's no big deal - just take your time if you need it. The flat is on the top level of an apartment building that overlooks part of the town. A coffee maker would be a good addition.
USWonderful for family or larger group requiring private sleeping spaces but communal areas--living room, kitchen, balcony. 2 bathrooms with showers and great water pressure. Washing machine with soap, clear instructions, clothesline. Our group was 5 people including teenage boy and girl, 3 women in our late 40s-50s. Beautiful space with 3 bedrooms ( 1 double bed, 1 double bed +twin bed, 1 twin bunk bed (2 twins). Could have slept an 8th person on couch. Kitchen had everything we needed--mokka to make coffee which was provided (cups, spoons, sugar). Bowl of lemons with a hand-juicer. Ice cube tray was a plus! Large fridge, freezer. Clean, spacious. Ample towels provided. No air conditioning but 1-2 fans in every room and great cross-breeze with windows open. Ample closet space with hangers. Bedrooms with lots of room for storage/suitcases. Good sized TV in living room. Wifi was excellent and access/password clearly communicated. Balcony with lemon trees below and view to the sea. Location was halfway downhill from parking lot and start of shops an restaurants. Host was very helpful, went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival.
97 steps up was challenging for me at age 51 with knee issues, but I did the climb several times a day and it was a good warm up for hiking. This climb was done easily by the younger members of party. Host helped carry luggage up. VIEW from 5th floor BALCONY over the SEA was WORTH THE CLIMB!
