"Pathetic experience"

Except for the location, nothing is good, the hotel looks good from outside but inside the room for the amount they're charging its pathetic. Very bad experience for the price I paid for. Only good thing is location and nothing else. I can say bathroom area was clean.

I found the staff to be a bit rude on multiple instances, except for 1 individual whom I met in the morning, he was supportive and assisting but apart from that staff didn't seem to be welcoming. Also, the room was not well prepared, I had to ask for the toiletries and had to fetch myself. I expect good hospitality if I am paying a high price for my stay.
