La struttura ha praticamente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza. Appartamenti con angolo cottura per poter essere autonomi nei pasti. Sala svago con biliardo, biliardino ping pong, playstation. Sala lavanderia comprensiva di asciugatrici. Sala per riunioni + sala musicale per poter suonare/cantare. Sala di lavoro con postazioni in openspace. Sala palestrea con attrezzature di ultima generazione. Parcheggio sotterraneo con ingresso automatizzato, una volta parcheggiato l'auto basta prendere l'ascensore per trovarsi nel piano della propria camera.

L'impossibilità di poter fumare e stendere i panni in balcone, lo rende poco utile, con un po troppi insetti che entrano in camera.

Bett nur von 1 Seite zugänglich, keine echte Klimaanlage wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, Temparatur nur um +\-3 Grad verstellbar was bei 30 Grad lächerlich ist. Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden, einizige Frühstücksoption hat sonntags geschlossen.

The amenities were all super convenient. The coworking space was really nice: there were a few giant monitors I was able to use, which made work easier. The gym was also good. Overall the building is clean, and, since it’s newly built, everything works well. The staff are all quite helpful.

The building advertises AC, but it’s a passive cooling system that’s built into the ceiling/walls. Our room never got colder than about 75 degrees at night which made sleeping pretty difficult for us (no fans either). No screens on the window meant we were constantly weighing the discomfort of a really hot room with endless mosquito bites. The smell from the river was also not great; we got used to it but it took a while. The induction stove is a little difficult to use; things were either not cooking or totally burning. I have an induction stove so I’m used to using them but this one was quite finnicky. There were also events every Friday night at the bistro in the building, just a few floors below us. They played music super loud until 11 or 12 at night, which was a major bummer when we wanted to wake up early to get into the Dolomites. The overall design of the building is very minimalist / global monoculture. I know some people like that, but i wasn’t a fan of endless white walls, little to no color, and virtually no art anywhere.

La tranquilitat de l'habitació. Molt complerta amb una cuina molt pràctica.

Per dir alguna cosa la paella està força rallada.

Ambienti nuovi e spaziosi oltre che luminosi e moderni! Una struttura giovanile e al passo coi tempi. Camera spaziosa e molto pratica. Spazi comuni nuovi e veramente di buon livello.
