Mokuti Etosha

Sehr schöne Lodge, alles neu aufgebaut und sehr elegant. Pool, Bar und Restaurant super schön. Personal mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt kein Problem, für alles lässt sich eine Lösung finden! Noch nie so einen wunderbaren Drive wie mit Emma gemacht. Ich komme wieder wenn die Sky-Boma fertig ist!

Staff gentilissimo. Struttura moderna ed elegante, bella piscina enorme. Il cibo al ristorante ottimo sia colazione che cena. In caso di necessità e per un piccolo sovrapprezzo si può anche fare benzina

Se proprio qualcosa l’illuminazione delle camere è un po’ scura

Die Lage ist direkt an einem Tor zum Etosha, was schon sehr praktisch ist. Der Pool hat uns auch gut gefallen, wenngleich es zu wenig Liegen für alle Personen gibt.

Abgesehen davon, dass es eine sehr große Anlage ist (das weiß man aber, wenn man her kommt), sind die Zimmer erstaunlich klein und vor allem SEHR dunkel! Es gibt nicht ausreichend Belichtung um am Abend das Zimmer zu erleuchten. Das Essensbuffet ist von der Auswahl okay, wobei der Großteil der Speisen leider kalt ist. Die Getränke sind jeweils extra zu bezahlen und nicht günstig, wodurch dann zu dem ohnehin schon stolzen Preis für das Zimmer mit Halbpension noch einiges hinzu kommt. Es gibt kein Moskitonetz, was ich gerade in der Regenzeit unpassend finde. In Summe zu teuer, für das was geboten wird.

We had excellent service from Xavier at the front desk. The place is absolutely beautiful. Our stay was only one night, but if we had been there more days, we would have used the pool and spa. There is a new restaurant experience called the Sky Boma, which overlooks the canopy of the bush. It is conveniently located outside a main gate at Etosha

Obiekt sam w sobie, jest idealnym miejscem do wypoczynku po lub przed zwiedzaniem parku narodowego.

Obsługa. Niestety trafiliśmy na Panią z recepcji, która była bardzo nieuprzejma, co odbiło się na całym pobycie i wrażeniach z hotelu. Przy obiekcie pozycjonującym się na tak wysokim poziomie, personel powinien być nienaganny. Tu niestety tak nie było. Pani stanowiła całkowite zaprzeczenie przyjętym standardom obsługi klienta. Dodatkowo, przy wymeldowaniu dorzuciła nam do zapłaty paragony, które nie były nasze! Musieliśmy udowadniać, że paragony, które (nie zawierały naszych podpisów!) nie były naszym zakupem. Bardzo rozczarowujące doświadczenie.
