Breakfast very good Location fantastic

Unfortunately construction work started very early (07:00) and was a bit disruptive during the day.

Location and comfort

Misses the African vibe. Feels more like a place in Europe or North America

Food was great, outdoor pool area was amazing. Sky Boma was fantastic. Great to see the bar fridge complementary.

Cold showers, some promises the staff made upon arrival which weren't quite true.

Alt var af højeste standard der findes i Namibia. Personalet særdeles venlige. Deres Raptor park er et besøg værd.

Eneste klagepunkt. Der var fluer overalt i restauranten også på maden i buffeten. Et hotel af denne standard skulle kunne håndtere dette.

The food was excellent. The pool and other facilities are outstanding and very well maintained. The location, just outside the gate into the park is ideal. Morning and evening game drives are easily booked at the hotel each day and the guides were extremely knowledgeable.

The room was very small and the management did not respond positively to our complaint.

L'hôtel et ses abords sont superbes, l'architecture est magnifique, les animaux passent en toute liberté dans les jardins. Le buffet était aussi délicieux et la chambre très agréable.

Everything was perfect - food, place, tour and 11/10 😉
