Pros: Very nicely renovated apartment with modern, tasteful design Comfortable beds Netflix available Nice location directly across from a metro station

Cons: The apartment is inside a very old building Unfortunately, we encountered numerous cockroaches during our stay, which negatively affected the experience

Wasn’t very clean. There were few cockroaches in the kitchen

Останавливались в этих апартаментах второй раз. Всё как всегда на высшем уровне. У нас была команда, которая приезжала на соревнования. Квартира просторная и чистая. На кухни есть все, чтобы приготовить еду. Хозяева скинули все параметры как заехать в квартиру, все понятно и удобно. В следующий раз обязательно опять у вас остановимся. Спасибо огромное хозяевам.

- Spacious - good working AC in every room, - all the necessary amenities where there - easy entry, but yet the building is well secured

- No parking spot. You can park on the main street in front or in the back alley, but it's quite busy and finding a spot is not easy - Shower might be cleaner - Since it's close to big boulevard, it may be a bit load at some point of the day

The placewas perfect, it was clean, enough facilities in the kitchen.

There were some problems with the tap in the bathroom
