El edificio está en obras y a pesar de que el apartamento está muy bien, deja una mala imagen.

There was nothing not to like

The appartment looks new, with modern decor, suitable for a short stay, although there's no lift, the flight of stairs are comfortable to climb.

The appartment needs updating: some plugs broken, no coffee machine, zero hangers in the wardrobes (person in contact was told but didn't do anything about it) You get the impression that they don't check to see what is missing every time hosts are leaving. As in many other places, the use the self check in system but I had to remind the person in charge to send me the codes the same day (fortunately, we were arriving in the evening). They don't tell me until the same day that the building was under rebuilding work. Of course, that's not the owner fault, but if you care about your rental appartment you try to keep a bit clean at least in front of your doorstep. By the way, check out is very early: 10 am and if you ask for a solution to leave your luggage you won't get much help. The woman repeteatedly told me "We are not a hotel" which is absolutely right! but everybody nows that nowadays rental appartment have strong comptetition and as customer I've always found owners very available on wazzap contacts (this one clearly seemed to be a "secondary job" for her) so, considering the offer in the city, I wouldn't repeat the experience.
