The location, the pool

Awful smell in the appartement, poorly situated (north), no sunlight enter the apartment . We were not able to flush the toilette without clogging it, the kitchen's pans, spatula, cutting board... are unusable (too old and too much scratches), beds not confortable.

Det var inte mycket ärligt talat då lägenhetshotellet har gått ner sig rejält. Det är snarare ett två-stjärnigt ställe rakt igenom. Poolen helt okej dock, läget är bra och personalen trevliga.

En stor besvikelse på alla plan. Ena toaletten fungerade inte förrän en städare varit där två gånger. Hela lägenheten behöver renoveras. Trasiga stolar, trasig köksfläkt, porslin trasigt, glas & koppar i en enda stor röra, knivar som är så slöa så går inte att skära med, ofräscha överkast och handdukshållare som håller på att ramla ner, hårtork som man inte vågar använda för rostiga, wifi som knappt fungerar och väggar som behöver målas. Har bett om att bli kompenserad då detta är under all kritik. Aldrig hänt mig på Booking tidigare och även om läget är bra - välj något annat ställe tills de renoverat. I alla fall lägenheten vi bodde i som var B209.

Kitchen ware was old

Check in was really easy and the hosts reached out to me prior to arrival with instructions on how to get in. We had plenty of towels and water. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of filtered drinking water and a stocked kitchen. Location was great--just a block and a half from the pedestrian walkway with all the shops and food. A large grocery store around the corner. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from, and the beach within walking distance. The pool was fun to hang out at and our boys loved playing in the water in between outings. The in-apartment washer and dryer combo was very helpful, and leaving soap for our use was icing on the cake.

We needed more trash bags since you can't flush toilet paper. I thought the pillows and couch were not very comfortable. I did not like how the condo smelled when we first got there, although (luckily) it dissipated after a day.

We always love that property because it has an excellent pool and we like the location. The manager of the Property Renzo was extremely easy to work with and helped us with any and all issues

Beds really need to be upgraded a bit. They are not as comfortable as they could be.

Excellent customer service, very clean and comfortable. My room was available before check in time, they worked with me to make my family comfortable and allow us to rest. Walking distance from Quinta avenida perfect location, highly recommend!
