Location, cleanliness, great host.

The outside noise carries right into the room, as it appears the windows have no insulation. It was very loud and hard to sleep, especially over the weekend, when the crowds are up until 2 am. Nothing the host can do about it, but is good to know for light sleepers.

Fantastic location, the apartment was beautiful. The only thing that stopped me giving 10/10 was that it was a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected in such a central location! I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing! Really a hidden gem

The location is very central. Apartment is very nice and clean. Check-in instructions are easy to follow. Internet speed is quite decent. I really liked the high ceilings. Everything was just perfect.

I would say that the only thing I didn't like is that the owner reminded me to rate the place. It was totally gorgeous, but it's the same as asking to subscribe on YT - I just hate it :) It's also would be nice to have some tea in the apartment, since not everyone drinks coffee.

Nice little apartment equipped with everything you need for short or long-term vacations. Located at the heart of Lucca, only a few minutes walk to anything. Friendly hosts and nice welcome drink! They also allowed us to late checkout :)

Minor but the freezer's door in the fridge wouldn't close because of the ice. Needs defrosting. Some noise during the night but it is expected since it is located in the city centre.

The owner was very coincise and understandable instructions. Easy to access, beautiful location right in the middle of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable accomodation. I would definitely recommend.

I simply loved the place and Chiara was super accommodating. I was able to text them any of my questions, and they even provided wonderful suggestions for places to eat. The last day I also took advantage of Chiara's offer of complimentary breakfast before heading back to Florence. One other thing to note which was really nice was that it was quiet at night for sleeping. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Also, when I decided to stay for one more night in Lucca, and because their place was already rented, Chiara was so helpful in finding me another place, in fact just across the hall.❤️👍

Loved the apartment! Enjoyed the bottle of Proseco as a welcome drink. Modern, well equiped, very comfortable and clean in a very central location. Could easily go back home to rest or drop stuff and head out again. Chiara was an excellent host and very easy to talk to. She gave valuable info before arrival so getting to the apartment was a breeze. Her recommended restos were spot on. She also booked a taxi for me to get back to the train station.
