FRLa localisation, proche d’un parking payant, en dehors de la ZTL. Propre, plutôt bien agencé. Proche du centre historique.
Le titre de l’annonce qui devrait être changé puisqu’il n’inclut pas de parking. Il existe une possibilité d’avoir un moyen de stationnement pour dix euros par jour avec le propriétaire, ou sinon le parking Quick juste à côté environ 10 € par jour en le réservant est payant à l’avance. Pas de machine à laver, alors que c’était écrit dans l’annonce. Il est possible que le propriétaire ai rectifié entre-temps Et surtout le bruit, aucune isolation et l’on entend tout de ce qui se passe à côté ce qui peut être dérangeant. Impression de vivre avec les propriétaires. Cela dépendra de vous et de votre sensibilité. Dommage car l’appartement en lui-même est vraiment bien et confortable sinon

USThe apartment was great! Location was beyond excellent (I lived in Bologna for two years and was so pleased with this). Everything was clean, comfortable, and the parking was a breeze. Antonio was so, so helpful despite dealing with a family issue.
PLThe location was great, a 20 min walk to the city Centre and to the Railway station, very clean and modern apartament with all the amenities. Carrefour Express nearby. We were sent very good instructions to get to the apartament. It was on the whole a very good experience. I would recommend it.
The walls are very thin and the host lives next door so we could hear everything all the time, especially during the night, which might be problematic at times. Also, because of the language barrier the communication with the host was challenging.
ITThe title is misleading, there is no parking that comes with the apartment. You need to find your own parking in the vicinity. The noise isolation from the neighbouring room is very bad

They cancelled my booking whilst i was travelling which left me in a mess and when I did get my refund a quite few days later it meant I got a few pounds less than I paid what a joke
