I loved the bed, it's very Cosy and the sheets are clean. The host was responsive, I called last minute and they managed to get the room ready for me.

The shower door makes the water run to the toilet when you take a shower.

The bed was quite comfortable

Parking is such a challenge …infrastructural design issues There would have been a lot more if we had a balcony

Clean, and toilet, shower, stove, fridge, TV - everything was functioning. Great: 24 hours reception and the restaurant with nice staff and good food One thing would be appreciated: a cutting board.

The noise from the nightclub in the building of Adlive Plaza.

1. The unit I got was different from the listing. 2. The person I paid via mpesa was different from who was managing the unit, and there was no communication between the 2 parties. 3. The unit was dirty. There was random garbage in the desk drawers. There was a crumpled pillow case/sheet in the kitchen cupboard, an empty laundry detergent box, and bleach left in the laundry area. 4. I booked for 2 people, and they only gave us 1 bath towel. There were no hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The cleaner came in and gave us extra bath towels and multiple pillow cases instead of hand towels. 5. The water in the shower doesn't drain It was an unpleasant stay.

Breakfast not included. Host was 👌. Responded immediately to our needs, made us feel very comfortable. Our flight out of Nairobi was earlier than expected and we had to check out one day early. The host was gracious enough to find out if our leaving had anything to do with the facility. She went ahead and gave us a refund for that one night without us asking!Very professional . I will highly recommend this place, I will definitely go back to it whenever am I Nairobi again.

Mirror in the bedroom, more light by sink mirror, mini dining table with at least two stools .
