Wonderful location, right at the most stunning beach. Food at the pool restaurant was excellent. Staff was very kind. Very diverse breakfast and peaceful atmosphere.

Beach restaurant was not our favorite. We preferred to have lunch and the pool restaurant.

Сложно описать все, что понравилось в этом отеле. Начну с того, что это лучший отель этого района (а возможно и всего Занзибара), в чем легко убедиться, прогулявшись по побережью и увидев для сравнения другие отели и их пляжи. В Зури идеальный пляж, зона для купания очень большая, что позволяет полноценно плавать даже во время сильного отлива. Территория отеля большая, зеленая, ощущение что находишься в джунглях. Тихо, комфортно, несмотря на полную загрузку отеля, за время отдыха почти не пересекались с другими отдыхающими, даже на пляже и у бассейна минимум людей. Кстати, бассейн очень комфортный и около него отличное пространство, мы наверное первый раз в жизни предпочитали лежать у бассейна, а не у моря. Питание на высоте, чередуется на ужины формата шведского стола с ужинами по системе a la carte. Приветливый персонал, сервис в номерах отличный, несколько раз в день уборка, подготовка номера ко сну. Номер очень комфортный, отдельный восторг по поводу кондиционера. Это что-то невероятное, он расположен так, что освежает номер и при этом не создает никакого дискомфорта. Незаменимо для людей, которые не переносят кондиционеры.

На террасе домиков не хватает комфортных диванчиков или кресел. Надо поработать над напитками, коктейли алкогольные и прочие освежающие напитки провальные.

Amazing hotel really clean, all the staff were so friendly and made sure we were always looked after. The food in all the restaurants were all really good. Room was spacious, facilities were really good and the beach was always clean. The security were really good. Nothing bad to say about the hotel, will definitely visit again

Unglaublich schöne Anlage mit dem Garten und dem fantastischen Strand. Sehr gutes Essen. Wunderschöne Bungalows.

The beach area was very pretty and the massages we had were amazing. The restaurant above the beach, where you need a reservation had very good food and wine and the service was always very friendly and attentive. The private sunset cruise was also very beautiful.

The staff. We had the worst customer experience ever. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful, not really interested in solving our complaints. The food at the beach restaurant for lunch was awful as well as the seafood barbecue dinner at the beach, for which you have to pay 85 dollars per person was just absurd and the food was more than average. All the rooms are quite dark as they are in a lush tropical forest with lots of mosqitos in the evening so it is not possible to sit on your terrace.
