Locația aproape de centru și ok preț calitate

Eu personal am făcut rezervarea pentru 2 pers cuplu BĂTRÂNI!! care nu vb limba romana deloc. Tata ia ajutat sa faca check in ul moment in care cei de la recepție nu au specificat niciodata ca daca cumva se ajunge noaptea atunci se intra cu cod!!! invitatii mei care au venit la nunta mea care sunt amândoi peste 70 ani au stat afara 3 ore ne vorbind limba romana noi la nunta inca la 5 dimineata din lipsa de informare de catre personal!!! si nici nu au răspuns prompt la nr de telefon. Asa ceva este inacceptabil!!
