Grote mooie zwembad, ruime kamer. Aardige meedenkende mensen. Je kunt ze van alles vragen en ze proberen je te helpen. De buurt waaar het in ligt heel rustig. Ik kwam hier tot mijn rust.

The staffs were very friendly, helpful and available at all time! They're just a whatsapp message away. They offer massage services, floating breakfast, and even have a room service for food. The price is very reasonable for all the services. The check-in was smooth without hiccups. The place could be a bit hard to find if you come on your own but our tour guide was able to talk to the owner and find the place rather easily. I'd definitely come again!

The fact that the villa was not habitable when we arrived. They had been painting over the black mould throughout the villa. The paint was still wet when we arrived. They had been scraping paint off the masonry wall next to the pool, and the pool was full of paint scrapings and chunks of masonry. One of the guys working there told me that they were stones to decorate the pool. WTF. The kitchen was also covered in debris. Inside the toaster was full of paint scrapings. The bedrooms where they had been painting over the mould were full of the toxic smell from the paint. Due to the high humidity, there was no way that the paint would dry. I asked who the boss was, and one of the guys said I was. I asked if he could get the manager to come down to discuss the situation we had found ourselves in. We booked for 4 nights at a cost of $505.00 AUD. He went to get the manager and came back alone. I asked where the manager was, and he said he was the manager. Go figure...I told him that this was totally unacceptable to expect people to arrive at a building site, and the property should never have been advertised until all works were completed and villa was presentable for habitation. I requested a full refund and was told that they needed to contact Booking.com to advise why I wanted to cancel the stay. And they would arrange a refund. I asked the manager: to copy me with that email and to send it immediately while I was still there. He did so. But the email read as follows. The customer wanted to cancel the booking due to some problem. Well, I then assisted the manager by completing another email, which outlined the exact reasons why we would not be staying there and that a full refund would be provided immediately. The email was sent, and the next day, Booking.com confirmed the booking had been cancelled, and a refund would take 7-12 days to process??? I would strongly suggest that anyone considering booking this villa. Beware of glossy photos and consider other options.
