Posizione Fantastica all'interno della Medina, riad molto carino nell'area comune, host molto gentile.

Purtroppo l'odore, derivante dalle concerie, è veramente tanto presente, pulizia delle stanze non ottima, soffitti molto bassi e stanze molto strette, probabilmente per ricavarne il più possibile. Per quel prezzo mi sarei aspettato di più. colazione espressa ma poco varia.

まず、オーナーと連絡がつきません。電話しても通じない。Booking.comのチャットにも返信しない。そして致命的なのが、道順通りに進んでもホテルが存在しない。 エビデンスは全て写真に残していますので、どうぞ確認してください。 数十ヶ国旅していますが、こんなことは人生で初めてです。怒りももちろんありますが、謝罪もなく、逆にこちらを責める人がいるのだと驚いています。 私たちは深夜にフェズに着いたため、旧市街で立ち往生し、チップ欲しさに下心丸見えの親切心を振りかざすモロッコ人に執拗に絡まれながらも、近くのホテルに片っ端から電話しましたが、どこも空室無しでした。中には本当に親切になって探してくれた方々もいましたが、結局見つかりませんでした。 寒空の下、雨も降ってきたので、仕方なく地下駐車場に入り、猫ちゃんたちと一晩を明かし、寝ずにそのままツアーに参加しました。 宿泊費はたった1万円ほどですが、私たちが負った心の傷は消えません。このホテルのオーナーは断じて許せないですし、一生絶対に忘れません。保険や法的措置を取り、宿泊費と賠償金を取るまで諦めません。 もしこのホテルを検討している日本の方、海外の方がいるなら、ぜひ考え直してください。他にも良いホテルはたくさんあります。この犠牲を、ひどい体験をあなたにはしてほしくありません。

En plena Medina de Fez y con todo lo indispensable para pasar unos días. Las camas súper cómodas y el desayuno literalmente perfecto. Punto adicional a los responsables del alojamiento que en todo momento estaban dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier cosa y muy amables.

le logement était très bien placé, très propre. Les lits étaient de très bonne qualité. Et le personnel très sympathique. Le rapport qualité/prix est réellement super. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Pour mon expérience cela n'a pas été un souci du tout, mais l'accessibilité aux chambres que j'avais réservé ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité (escalier étroit). Par contre, mon logement était proche de la terrasse et cela c'était super.

The Riad is in a great location, close to the Blue Gate The room was small but very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The Riad had a great terrace where Anas served a beautiful breakfast. He helped us get transportation to the airport early in the morning.

The Riad was initially hard to find- there is no sign at the door!

La localisation est impeccable pour visiter la médina. Malgré cela il y fait très calme. La magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la médina. L’architecture du bâtiment. Le personnel agréable et serviable.

La difficulté à trouver le logement parce qu’il n’y a aucune indication.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Anas. Le Riad est magnifiquement restauré. Le petit déjeuner copieux servi en terrasse est au top. Être au cœur de la Médina

Essere in piena Medina è un pregio ma anche un problema. Molto rumore e un gran caldo (ma eravamo a luglio)
