Perfect location. Big apartment, nice area close to the V&A Waterfront. Great restaurants around. Parking space. Clean and comfortable.

All perfect. Maybe basics for the kitchen (Sugar, oil, coffee..)in case you want to cook something, but there is a supermarket nearby.

A number of issues and the agent was NOT willing to listen or assist broken blinds, sliding doors that didn't want to open, bathroom sliding door leaking, aircon not working etc.

Located close to all amenities and within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. No traffic or parking problems. Had undercover, safe parking for my vehicle. Very spacious and well equipped. Lock and leave and easy to access.

I had to use some of my own plugs. I always travel with these just in case, so not a huge problem.

The property is just as the pictures, flawless. The cleaner did an excellent job and left everything spotless for us at check-in. I loved having a washing machine and I liked that the rooms are on the second floor. Communication before check-in was smooth and consistent and if we needed anything during our stay, our host was just a message away. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in time as the cleaner finished up and we went to lunch. The location of this apartment is really the highlight! Great 24 hr security. Quiet and extremely safe, even at night. Just a quick stroll to the waterfront shops and restaurants. Woolworths grocery just below and plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from at the doorstep.

The property and location itself are perfect, but other developers think the same and there is plenty of loud construction going on early in the morning as new buildings are going up.

This place is absolutely amazing.The management team (Lyneve ans Divene) made sure everything was intact for our stay.We arrived earlier than check in time ,and were allowed to drop off our luggage. They made sure we were comfortable and settled in nicely. The apartment is walking distance from Greenpoint stadium,which is a plus since we went for the Stormers game. Its city centered nice restaurants and shops close by definitely a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Can't fault anything except for the fancy oven that's a dual microwave🤣. We struggled to close the blinds but this didn't take anything from the fact that the place was awesome.
