I liked the beds because they were really soft .

In a place like Yucatán, where the heat can be intense, all you want after a long day is to sleep in a cool, air-conditioned room. Unfortunately, the AC in our room was not functioning properly. Even with the temperature set as low as 16°C, it failed to cool the room effectively. We had to use the fan to make the heat more bearable. We recommend that the air conditioning unit in this room be checked and serviced.

The outdoor space is super nicely arranged with a beutiful garden and nice plants, shade and relaxing chairs. I realy loved the coffee machine and the complementary coffee.

The mini appartment has very little daylight and no sunlight. The bedroom is almost completely without windows and it feels a bit too enclosed. The shower had no proper hot water and a strange system how to open the water and regulate the temperature and there were no instructions - I felt they were needed. Also for a kitchenette, there was not enough kitchen utensils and dishes to cook - there was only one frying pan available and that was it.

It was very clean & a simple location. The location was quick to respond.

It was upstairs. You can’t use Mapquest to find the location. I had a taxi drive up to the location they sent us from the ado. It was 8 minutes. Then we walked around for 20 minutes only to find out Mapquest is wrong & doesn’t work here. We then contacted management & used Google maps just to find out it was another 15 minute walk. We couldn’t find a cab. We walked 3 miles looking for the place. It was 3 blocks from the ado. So ridiculous. There is no refrigerator microwave or burner to heat anything. There are no blankets on the beds. Only covers for bottom of bed. That are also thin. Only sheets. When you live in mexico you get cold at night when it’s 55 degrees. I contacted management and was offered another thin sheet. They had no blankets on site.

There was no fridge, the shower curtain was too high and the whole bathroom was getting wet
