Atocha, the host, is so sweet. We would go just to see her again. Will miss the dogs too. Perfect location for our trip to Tulum.

Wifi on the third floor is a little weak.

There are no words to describe how amazing and attentive Atocha is, always worried with the guests to make share they have the best experience, she was like a true Mexican mama! And we loved every detail of the house as well.

There is nothing that we didn’t like, of course it’s not in the city center but that’s something you know when you book, so just be prepared for transportation (eg bikes), but even with that Atocha was simply spectacular

The neighborhood is a bit noisy

Very nice homely place!

It is perfect! Nice looking new room. Good shower. Communal kitchen and lovely pool. You can rent bikes. The owners are super friendly.

The owners are so welcoming, caring and enthusiastic that it felt like coming home. Easy to check in and out, parking, design of the rooms and the lobby.

Maybe for older travellers the fact that they don’t have a lift might be difficult if they are travelling with a lot of luggage BUT they offered to help to carry my luggage upstairs so it is not a major issue.

The whole experience was just great! From the aesthetic details of the room and whole compound to its comfort - there's a hammock in the room looking out to the balcony, plus a nice firm bed with comfy sheets - to the beautiful plants in the common area and open kitchen, it is truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Tulum centre. Atocha was so lovely and welcoming! She designed this place. Though she says she is not an artist I think deep down she is one!
