FRCet hôtel est absolument charmant. Willi et toute son équipe sont d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement incroyable. Les chambres sont ravissantes et propres. La Piscine est extra!! Elle est super chaude! L’emplacement est idéal car proche de la Rue principale et non loin des plages. Mention spéciale pour les pancakes réalisés par Willi. Je vous les Conseille vivement.
Le seul hic…La mosquée est placée juste derrière l’hôtel donc nous sommes réveillés à 4h50… mes Ados n’ont jamais été réveillés. Par contre mon mari et moi n’avons pas Très bien dormi. Mais l’hôtel est tellement génial que si je devais revenir, je le choisirai de nouveau.
FRLa localisation de l’établissement sur Gili Air est à proximité de tout. Le personnel est TRÈS accueillant.
Nous avions un bungalow proche de l’accueil ce qui génère un environnement assez bruyant, d’autant plus lorsque le personnel organise un « team meeting », ils parlent assez fort et des fois mettent des musiques ce qui dans un hôtel qui a pour but d’accueillir les gens pour dormir et être dans un environnement paisible est un peu moyen.

NLFRBel emplacement mais propreté à revoir Hôtel bien situé à 250 m du port, piscine agréable et café/thé à volonté.
Transats sales, eau de piscine trouble, ménage insuffisant dans la chambre et la salle de bain, rideaux mal adaptés empêchant toute luminosité sans être vu, absence de service après 21h. Une expérience mitigée qui pourrait être excellente avec plus de soin sur la propreté et le service.

No hand soup in bathroom
AUThe staff here were so so friendly and were so accomodating and willing to share their tips for the island. The room was lovely and comfortable, and the outdoor bathroom was nice. We spent a lot of time laying by the pool. The hotel is a short walk from the Main Street of Gili air.
If you are a light sleeper I would recommend getting some earplugs as the mosque is next door and their morning prayer is quite loud and will wake you up before 5am. It didn’t wake my partner but it woke me up every morning, just something to keep in mind!
FIProperty in general is nice, but it’s very clear that some cottages have better views than others. The cabins 7-9 have no view to the pool and the vibe is very different than the rest.
The view is good only for cabins 1-6. Bathrooms are dirty and no hand towel.
NZThe rooms were spacious, the staff friendly, location near the harbour was good and the pool was fantastic in the heat.
