Thistle Lodge

A nice quiet retreat in the centre of an old village in Gozo. Great modern renovation while keeping old Gozitan stone charm. Comfy beds, quiet room, great bathroom and shower. The host was very warm and welcoming, waking up in the morning to make all that were sleeping there a good breakfast. The owner's dog is very friendly :)

The road outside is a traditional dirt road, very typical for these kinds of locations, and not reachable directly by car, so pay attention while walking at night as there are a few trip hazards. The area is very safe however so there is nothing to worry about.

The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The host, Sebastian was friendly and very easy and efficient to communicate with. We had a lovely and relaxing stay.. Highly recommended!

The place is spotless, host very helpful. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home. His dog Hund is also very friendly. Delicious breakfast with good selection of food with free fresh water . Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

If there's anything to complain about is no television in the room. Although there's one available in the living area .

Everything, the hosts Sebastian gave us the feeling of being home. The room was very big, the bed super comfy and we enjoyed the breakfast. Also the whole house was spotless clean. The dog Hund was the icing on the cake. We will surely return

I booked very last minute after deciding I needed a little longer to explore Gozo. Sebastian was the perfect host and this is a beautiful property. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast spread was amazing, so much choice.

The owner was smelling wine. There is a dog going around the property, leaving hairs everywhere and not feeling safe for the kids Pool cannot be used by kids so you can't enjoy if you're a family.
