Aurelle Villa

Aurella villa was a beautifully family run guest house. The owners and staff were more than generous and welcoming. I stayed with them for 1 weeks and the hospitality shown was outstanding. Highly recommended 🙏

This property is quite close to Turtle beach which is quite nice. Imesh was a very attentive host who was very intuitive when there was a misunderstanding during our stay. Imesh went out of his way to get us dinner and make us tea and ultimately was the only redeeming quality about this stay.

Unfortunately there were a number of things I found quite poor about this place. Firstly, the room we booked is falsely advertised - the owner used photos of the superior room for the deluxe double room but when we arrived he put us in a shabby room not at all like the photos. The owner was not at all present at the property so I had to alert him of this over the phone. When I called him out on this mishap he was very rude and interrupted me multiple times, and tried to extort me into paying extra for a room I had already booked online after being tricked by his false advertisement of the room. Additionally, the room was ill prepared for our arrival; we had to ask for a blanket, water and also tea which was meant to be included as detailed in the description. What wasn’t added in the description is that the room has NO HOT WATER. Furthermore the pool was dirty for our entire stay. I definitely would not recommend this stay as the owner is impertinent and the facilities need a lot of work.
