Salah satu sebab penginapan ini dipilih kerana terdapat kolam renang dengan harga bilik yang berpatutan. Namun disebabkan kesan banjir, kolam tidak dibersihkan dan anak-anak tidak dapat mandi kolam. Selain itu bilik yang dipilih adalah jenis family di mana terdapat tingkat atas seperti loteng. namun tingkat atas berhabuk dan tidak dibersihkan
