Hostal Lirium

I letti erano molto comodi, c’era acqua calda, e la colazione era abbondante e variegata. Il personale disponibile e ci ha permesso di entrare nelle stanze prima dell’orario del check-in. Inoltre ci ha fornito il contatto per fare il tour del Canyon del Colca.

Il pavimento era abbastanza sporco, abbiamo trovato un lenzuolo bucato e le prese non erano molto agibili. Non c'era la tapparella nelle finestre della stanza quindi entrava luce la mattina all'alba. Non era presente il phone e il tappetino nel bagno. Non funzionava bene lo sciacquone del water. La serratura della porta era un po' rotta.

Las instalaciones eran comodas y tenia una buena vista. Pero alguna personas del personal le falta mejorar su servicio al cliente, muchas veces no respondiendo a preguntas o al trato cordial.

A hair-dryer woukd be handy. Hot water seems to be unreliable

Its only a short 10min walk into the square and it's a little quieter outside. Very comfy bed, best pillows in my 1month stay in Peru. Bathroom great. There is a smart tv you can cast to. Breakfast was standard for Arequipa for the price point. Tip: try and get it without breakfast as you'll end up eating out and getting proper coffee. Staff were really really lovely. If there was a small mini fridge, guests would be tempted to stay longer as having a fridge is really imprudent for longer and 2nights.

Room assigned was right next to an outside staircase, even though i was the only person staying and other rooms were available. This meant at night i could hear staff going up and down the creaky stairs. A small window (not the main windows) needs a small blind cover.
