Hotel Bonanza

Staff is good. All the facilities are as mentioned. During our stay hot water took some time to come, Hemant fixed the issue and assured me that it will be there in 10 min. Location is good, the property is on prime location tittos lane and also has parking space. Good for families and couples.

Rooms and beds are not well maintained. Rooms are little dated and not very clean. Floor was not clean.

There were many things which were not done properly

Hotel is very near to all accessories( Baga beach , calangute beach and titos lane ) and staff (Hemanth ) is available all the time for our queries. I strongly recommend for family and couples.

What we expected and what we saw in booking.com all accessories are there, but we thought balcony view was as mentioned garden view, we expected in different. Except that everything was good. Thanks
