The sitting room,bedroom and the bathroom, beautiful place

The quality of the bedding and We did not understand why reservations have to be made in the morning for breakfast, we literally did not find anywhere to sit even after coming earlier for breakfast

Breakfast was good - fantastic variety and a cute robot delivered our beverage orders The room was clean and very comfortable Room service was quick and dinner was delicious Excellent decor

The bedside table was only on one side of the bed. I had to put my water on the floor. There was no bedside rug Breakfast was cold in some instances Water leaked out of the shower The centre carpet needed cleaning Only tea and water and the turn down snack were complimentary. There should be more complimentatry drinks/snacks in the rooms The spa closed too early

Rooms

The buffet had an array of choices. The food was warm and plentiful. I was able to choose a different combination of meals daily so there was no boredom with eating. The room was large and staff was great and friendly from entering the hotel down to room service. The hotel was very clean in all areas. I got a foot reflexology massage, and it was great and relaxing. It released some pain in my ankle that had been bothering me. There were daily treats left in my room that were so delicious. I had lunch by the pool, spaghetti bolognese with a peach iced tea. The portion was large, and it was very tasty. The room had a full kitchen, fridge, and microwave. The Manda Hill Mall is across the street with a ShopRite.

The balcony wasn't really a balcony. It was just enough space to walk outside and take a look, but you aren't able to sit outside.

Large rooms, and feeling like.hkme away from home. I could do my business so so well

The lights on the road in front are not working its a bit dark, I know its a municipality issue but still its too dark for someone yo walk across the mall to get necessities. E.g pharmacy
